"The Alaska Fire Medic Program provides a wide range of medical services on wildland fire, primarily in Alaska, but also in the lower 48. These services include the administration of medications in very remote and harsh environmental conditions. Maintaining temperature control of those medications has been challenging until implementing the use of The LifeBox50, Standard. Because of insured temperature control of product, we can provide maximum efficacy of medications while realizing significant replacement costs savings, with replacement due only to administration or expiration and not heat exposure. The four LifeBox50s that we have in the program have paid for themselves in their first year of use."
